Bayside Women’s Shelter Sponsorship Package Brochure

A sponsorship package brochure created for Bayside Women’s Shelter in Sydney to support donor engagement and partnership conversations. The booklet
was designed to present the shelter’s mission, impact, sponsorship options and community value in a clear, sensitive and professional format. For this project,
I focused on creating a design that felt calm, trustworthy and respectful, balancing emotional storytelling with practical sponsorship information. I used a restrained
colour palette, strong typographic hierarchy, soft photography and clean layout structure to help the content feel accessible and credible for potential
donors and business partners.

The project required careful handling of sensitive subject matter, ensuring the visual tone supported the organisation’s purpose without feeling overly dramatic or
commercial. The final brochure works as both an informative sponsorship document and a polished communication piece for a community-focused not-for-profit organisation.
